Rooted in Living Traditions

This journey weaves together sacred sites, ceremony, nature, and community to create an experience that is both transformative and deeply grounding. It is an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life, reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world, and remember a way of being that is both grounded and alive.

Why Peru?

In many ways, this journey began before I left Peru in 2024.

As my time in the Sacred Valley came to an end, I found myself unexpectedly sad to leave. It felt as though the conversation was not yet complete. I shared this feeling with my friend and guide, Wayra, who simply said, "You will come back. In some ways, it has already happened. We will follow the guidance of the universe and see what unfolds."

The intention of this journey is to immerse ourselves in the wisdom of the elements—Space, Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—and to remember what so many ancient traditions have taught: that we are not separate from nature, but an expression of it. There is something about the Sacred Valley that feels deeply familiar, as though the land itself recognizes us and invites us into a different way of knowing.

Many of those drawn to this experience are therapists, healers, and healthcare professionals integrating psychedelic medicines into our work. We are becoming increasingly skilled at understanding these medicines through modern clinical frameworks. Yet many of us are still asking deeper questions:

How do we remain rigorous without losing reverence?

How do we bring together the clinical and the sacred?

What are these medicines—and these times—asking us to learn?

This journey is an opportunity to explore those questions through direct experience, not through books or lectures, but through ceremony, relationship, community, and time spent with the people and traditions that have carried this wisdom forward for generations.

As Wayra often says, "Medicine is everything, and everything is medicine."

The mountains are medicine. The rivers are medicine. The ceremonies are medicine.

This journey itself is medicine.

This is a way of being in relationship—with ourselves, with one another, with nature, and with the mystery that moves through all things.

A Message from Our Guide

We are humble servants within an ordered and harmonious cosmos. When I met my spiritual sister, MantriCa, I was answering a profound cosmic call to learn, evolve, and share sacred knowledge.

In this realm, there are no healers—only facilitators. We act as sacred conduits, bridging the subtle divide between the spiritual and physical worlds. Yet, this divine alchemy requires two things: the conscious willingness of our brothers and sisters to embrace transformation, and the infinite power of the Spirit we invoke to channel the healing grace.

When we learn to embody active nodes within the intricate, luminous web of electromagnetic fields—consenting to flow as one with the universal current—we return to the cosmic fold. We realign with the perfect, primordial order. This is the true essence of healing: a sacred homecoming to our natural state of being.

The Journey

February 13-26, 2027

Arrival & Orientation

Days 1–3

We gather in Lima before traveling together to the Sacred Valley. These first days allow us to slow down, acclimate, connect with one another, and begin transitioning from the pace of everyday life into the rhythm of the journey.

Air

Day 4 | Breath, Mind & Intention

Our work begins with the element of Air.

Through breathwork overlooking the ancient site of Pisaq, we explore the mind, clarify our intentions, and begin the process of opening to possibility. Air invites perspective, vision, and conscious attention.

Water

Day 5 | Emotion & Flow

Water teaches us how to feel.

Through ritual along the Sacred River and exploration of Ollantaytambo, often regarded as a temple of water, we turn toward the emotional landscape within us. We close the day with herbal cleansing and purification practices.

Earth

Day 6 | Grounding & Preparation

Earth reminds us to slow down and listen.

We make offerings to Pachamama (Mother Earth), engage in meditation, and deepen our preparation for ceremony. Earth provides stability, support, and a foundation from which transformation can safely emerge.

Mushroom Ceremony

Day 7 | Opening the Door

Supported by careful preparation and a safe container, participants engage in a guided mushroom ceremony. This experience serves as an opportunity for insight, healing, and deep inner exploration.

Fire

Day 8 | Transformation & Release

Following the ceremony, we gather in ritual with the element of Fire.

Fire illuminates what is ready to be released and what is ready to be carried forward. This day allows space for reflection, integration, and renewal.

Expansion

Day 9 | Wachuma Ceremony

Our journey continues with a traditional Wachuma (San Pedro) ceremony.

Associated with the heart, connection, and expanded awareness, Wachuma invites us into relationship—with ourselves, with others, with nature, and with the larger mystery of life.

Integration

Days 10–12

Transformation becomes meaningful when it can be lived.

Through visits to Machu Picchu, sacred sites throughout the Sacred Valley, and intentional integration practices, we begin weaving our experiences into a coherent understanding that can be carried home.

Embodiment

Day 13 | Seven Lakes Pilgrimage

The journey culminates with a pilgrimage through the breathtaking Seven Lakes region of the Andes.

This final day invites us to embody what we have learned—to walk it, breathe it, and carry it forward into our lives.

Return

Day 14

We depart Peru with new perspectives, deeper connections, and a renewed relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
